Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration, Inc. (CSR) has been the refrigeration contractor at Valley Queen Cheese since the 1960’s. In 2007, CSR installed a brand new ammonia system which since then has seen continuous growth. It is comforting to know that when a project is in the design phase, we are working with the best engineers in the business. If there is a problem with the system, CSR understands the importance of quick response times with knowledgeable service technicians. And most importantly, CSR always stands behind the products they sell and their workmanship.
